Patch Heat Press Instructions

Pressing Instructions: 

1. Prepress garment for 5 seconds

2. Press garment with transfer at 325-350 degrees for 15 seconds with high pressure, use a Teflon sheet

3. Turn garment inside out and press for an additional 10 seconds

P.S. A heat press is required! I am not responsible for any errors in pressing. The instructions provided are what worked for me. Please conduct your own research based on your specific heat press.
